Yes, I think it’s a private home. I was inside years ago when they were remodeling and shooting a music video. It was amazing! But I suppose anything could have happened since then, as that was probably 1991.

I love this building! I thought it was luxury apartments – is it a single home? Wow.
Actually it is an events space and studio. Many events take place there and photographers rent it out for shoots. Amazing space!

I just saw ‘Bored to Death’ being filmed here a couple of weeks ago. They’d turned the building into a police station.
