CSA – Community Supported Agriculture. I was asked to do a post on this. The fruit is not organic but it is relatively local and worthy of support.
The Red Jacket Orchard Fruit CSA is dedicated to providing New York City residents with high quality fruit that is straight from our orchards in Geneva, New York. Distribution begins August 10th and memberships are due August 5th.

Tuesdays, August 10 – November 9 from 4:00pm – 6:45pm

2. Jimmy’s No.43
43 E. 7th Street, Manhattan (East Village)
Corner of 7th Street and 2nd Ave
Saturdays, August 14 – November 13 from 12:30pm – 3:30pm
