Superman Down

Primo continues to amuse with his, presumed, self portraits. This Rivington Street wall is pretty lively, one of the few places left on the Lower East Side where pasted paper street art can be consistently found. From the placement and style, I suspect that the pompadoured skull is from the same artist who did the large demon face on the left, covered by the family portrait.

  3. skull: "maiden hell"

  4. I see no one other than you using that tag, Adam, but I’ll go with it. :)

  5. dat’s wot et says unnuh the left eye guvnor

(does that read as an intentionally awful attempt at an english accent – for no reason? it does! good!)

  6. Like Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins.

Now that I see it, I don’t know how I missed it. Doesn’t look girly, I wonder if it is an intentional gender frick like Judith Supine?

  7. totally agree re gender stuff.
i mean, it sounds like a great roller derby handle, right?

  8. I’d go with a heavy metal hair band or a female wrestler.
