The enigmatic pony ride of East Second Street is getting tagged. The most mysterious tag is the one on the left front leg that looks like a musical symbol, but is not.

The orange splotch at the base is part of a nearby sidewalk splat.
Look at the heavy electric motor needed to power the ride. Also note the unbalanced flywheel that lent extra power for the upward stroke.
