East Second Street. This unusual kiddie ride has been chained to the tree-protective fence here for at least the past couple of weeks. It seems to be gathering graffiti.

I asked Kal about air travel with these things. He said he had no trouble until just after late 2001, when he was pulled aside and detained, until he convinced them he was an artist and to Google him if they doubted. He is now apparently on a list that lets him fly without problems.
