Engine 55

Broome Street. Has anyone noticed that walking around with umbrellas on sunny days has migrated from being the exclusive province of old Chinese ladies, to women in general? I think men should take it up as well, looks cool. I’d like mine covered in solar cells powering a fan to cool my sweaty brow.

    funny you mention this, because i noticed a (non-Chinese) woman carrying a sun umbrella on my walk to the subway this morning!

    Nice one – I like the simple shape of the umbrella against the fancy backdrop of the station. The open trash is a nice touch, too. :)
