Brandie Bailey - Ghost Bike Memorial

I often pass this Ghost Bike memorial for Brandie Bailey a young woman killed while riding her bike at this intersection on May 8, 2005. It is touching how her friends constantly maintain it with flowers, notes and photos. But it is even more touching how the bike has remained unchained and unmolested for so long.

It’s heart warming to see that Brandie Bailey’s friends are still maintaining this memorial. She was killed near this spot in May.
