Saturday, June 24th, 2006Stay Gold Gallery presented the DVD release of Open Air, a documentary produced by Alyssa Natches and Lou Auguste about contemporary street artists. It was presented in conjunction with an exhibition of new works by Michael De Feo, Faile, Skewville, Dan Witz, and Tiki Jay-One. all of whom are featured in the film. The exhibition will continue through July 9th.
Celso, Infinity, Royce Bannon and Gore B are featured on this wall.

Wednesday, January 11th, 2006Preparation for the Gore B and Meeka show at The Orchard Street Gallery, 139 Orchard Street, Lower East Side, Manhattan. Opening night party January 12. Be there at 7 for the Burlesque show. On the left is a tribute to Gore B by Swiss street artist Tika.

Gore B invited a whole pile of street artists to come jam on the gallery walls. His original plan was to then hang his painting on the blank areas of the walls. Of course by the end of the day there were no blank areas of the walls. Now they may hang from the ceiling.

“Nose,” on the left, came in from Philly, the artists on the right are Swiss.
