someone is carelessly pouring gasoline onto the flames of war. This
took a bit of looking for me to decipher it this far. |

| It was a fairly large crowd. I won't guess numbers,
but from head to tail the parade was three or four blocks. |

| I brought my water bottle drum with me, so when not
wandering up and down the route taking pictures, I marched with this
group of drummers. The guy with the orange headband and whistle in his
mouth, whipped us into rhythmic shape, and got us to shout " NO
- W - T -O " in unison. |
