| Ari Fleischer, White House spokesman, gets an unintended laugh at the end of his press briefing, when he responds to a reporter asking about any possible deals being made with nations in return for their support of the US war against Iraq. "Think about the implications of what you are saying. You are saying that the leaders of other nations are buyable, and that is not an acceptable proposition."
