While I was taking this photo, a woman who looked like she could have been a long-time neighborhood resident, said to me that Boulton & Watt was a bar that had been at that corner a long time ago. But that seems not to be the case. The artificial aging of the brick and the artistic creation of the faded name on the wall apparently convinced her.
