Adjusting the net that keeps crap from falling on the heads of pedestrians. I’m not sure at what state this construction is. All I know is that they keep making tremendous noise grinding away whatever some other crew build a couple of years ago.
Indeed! The way he’s clutching that material reminds me of the Aerial Silks performers at the circus.
