Crane Barge
This is a good sign, a crane barge works on the segment of the East River Promenade that needs the most work.

Access to the Promenade is still only between 14th and Houston Streets, but I hope it won’t be long before they let us on the next segment, south and under the bridge to Grand Street. (pictured). The easiest way to bike to the public segment of the promenade from downtown is to cross the FDR at Houston Street and go north a few blocks to the entrance.
