Monday, June 29th, 2009I wonder who is responsible for removing derelict bikes, wrecks that have been locked to bike racks and abandoned? Is there some city agency that deals with this, or is it usually accomplished by furtive scavengers with hack saws. These particular bikes don’t quite look abandoned.
