    Reminds me of Blade Runner too. Especially the red lights at the top of at least 3 buildings - I feel like they’re flashing to warn passing aviators, even though it’s a photo.

    They are flashing, perhaps in anticipation of flying cars, due perhaps in ten years according to the movie.
