And perfection to see the umbrella shielded him from the paint drip.

The black rain is coming from four dots, heavily sprayed above, most likely from the stenciler, though the wall is otherwise heavily spray tagged.

Nah, Hambleton used a paint brush, the umbrella girl was a stencil, like this one is.
