This is my first try at shooting 3-D photos. To view them in 3-D you need to cross your eyes.

Sit 2 to 3 feet from the screen. Point your right index finger at the white center line, stare at your fingertip and slowly bring it closer to your eyes. When you see the left and right images merge in the center, focus on them and lower your finger.

Uh-oh! I’ve created some local competition. Way better than my first try.
Thanks ytf. I’ve enjoyed various 3-d techniques since I was a little kid; anaglyphic comics, lenticular post-cards, viewmasters, polarizing filtered movies, and the great alternate blinking process that Imax uses. So I understand the theory. Your tip on how far apart you sometimes go was a great help.
