I had my camera out and ready to take a shot of the latest on this Swoon mural, when this official city car pulled up and the guy inside started looking closely at the mural. I suspect he may be looking to fine the building for the graffiti.

Cat on Suffolk Street that came over when I aimed my camera at him. He had a collar and seemed perfectly at home in the front yard of the apartments there.
