    Angels with breasts seems to have been a thing a century or so ago, on the Upper West Side anyway:


    This creature is on Columbus in the opposite the Natural History Musuem (or slightly north).

    This is a great shot too gamma — where is this (I can’t believe I’ve missed it).

    Your angel is a bit of a Goth I think, which is odd for an Angel. The Columbus Ave Angel, however, has a really great personality.

    i think it is an imaginative extension of the winged cherub…clearly a cherub teen rather than faux-enfant–the Winged Victory of Samothrace is closed in rather limber, lawn materials that show perky breasts too–only her head is missing in the ages.
