The recent rains washed much trash down the storm drains and raised the level of the East River depositing a tremendous amount of trash on the rocks of the Empire Fulton Ferry Park . The park rangers were crawling around the rocks and pulling it out of the rocks by hand. Ranger “Le Cat” (above left) referred to this as his art work.
