At the moment it’s Kerry 72 to 28 on the MSNBC poll

And it’s Kerry 84, Bush 12 on the CNN poll. 4% say it was an even match.

MSNBC is semi controlling multiple voting with cookies, so the result is more credible, but CNN is not. It’s probably going to be 99 to 1 by the morning.

Kerry must be listening to Randi Rhodes, he used the line “Invading Iraq in response to 9/11 would be like Franklin Roosevelt invading Mexico in response to Pearl Harbor.”

Judge Rules Against Patriot Act Provision

U.S. District Judge VictorMarrero, stating that “democracy abhors undue secrecy,” found that the law violates constitutional prohibitions against unreasonable searches. He said it also violated free speech rights by barring those who received FBI demands from disclosing they had to turn over records.

Eisenhower’s Son Endorses Kerry

“As son of a Republican President, Dwight D. Eisenhower, it is automatically expected by many that I am a Republican. For 50 years, through the election of 2000, I was. With the current administration’s decision to invade Iraq unilaterally, however, I changed my voter registration to independent, and barring some utterly unforeseen development, I intend to vote for the Democratic Presidential candidate, Sen.
