Pseudo-Democrat and spokesmodel, former mayor Ed Koch trying to shill New Yorkers into being nice to Republicans during their invasion this summer. Here someone has given him devil horns and a Hitler mustache. Bus shelter ad, Avenue A, East Village.

Update Tuesday: The horns and ‘stache have been wiped away. And this actually was on a telephone enclosure.
