"Word of Mouth," signed Downey 2002. It is vaguely possible, that for the past two years, I just never noticed this jutting piece of welded iron at Suffolk and Houston Street. But I don’t think so. Maybe it’s a travelling exhibitions, and will be unbolted and moved on. And the speech-bubble stickers I mentioned yesterday will show up elsewhere.
