| Crossing Houston Street, where Avenue A turns into Essex Street. That’s a special feature of the street names when they hit Houston. It’s a conspiracy to confuse the tourists, and enrich the mapmakers. |

Liar, liar, pants on fire. Ice cream magnate, Ben Cohen drives around It’s funny, Cohen brought up the horrible array of Alzheimer’s, colon cancer, and diabetes PSAs they have on Air America. The PSAs act as placeholders for potential paid advertising in AAR’s various syndicated markets. But they are so depressing that I’m forced to seek other stations for the minute or three it takes for them to run their course. You would think that someone over there would be conscious of that. Still my instinct is, that when the Arbitrons come out, Air America will be shown to have gathered a larger than expected audience. I hear it playing in cars and trucks passing on the street. Earlier Professor Yoshi Tsurumi told some hilarious/scary stories about having arrogant legacy student GW spitting tobacco in class at Harvard Business School. Tonight’s show was great, seek out the archives on airamericaplace.com |
